He's led product and R&D at several startups, consistently shipping high-performance systems across multiple industries. At Covenant, Tyler is the architect behind our core AI infrastructure, driving the development of scalable, privacy-preserving inference and modular agent design.

Carter is a visionary product and technology leader with 8+ years of experience in Web2 and Web3, blending deep technical expertise with entrepreneurial success. As a previous co-founder of DropChain and Spree, he has driven innovation in tokenomics, protocol design, and blockchain product engineering. A National Science Foundation research graduate in Physics and Mathematics turned serial entrepreneur, Carter scaled his first startup from 0 to 80,000 users in 6 months and achieved a successful second founding exit.

Elissa is a go-to-market leader focused on AI, open source, and security. She has served as Founding Head of Product at Brave, Founding Head of Retention at Everyday Health (IPO), and CTO for Yonex. Elissa specializes in taking products from zero to adoption and early revenue. She built a global developer community for Brave, spoke at dozens of developer events worldwide, and has helped multiple startups design and launch their initial sales programs.

Mat Sherman is a founder, community builder, and capital connector. He founded PubLoft, backed by Jason Calacanis after reaching $24K MRR, and launched Forward Thinking Founders, interviewing 900+ breakout founders and investors. As the first growth hire at Prenda (YC S19), he helped scale the company; Prenda later went on to raise $45M. He also built Seedscout, a warm-intro platform that led to $5M+ in direct pre-seed investments and ~$200M in value creation.
